During the hot summer months my refrigerator goes into extreme temperature swings and it takes a long time to get cold when I load it with warm food and drinks.... and my refrigerator is so quiet I can't hear it running ( a new refrigerator bought April 23 )..... but I don't have any reference to know if this thermometer is accurate or not? Do I compare it with another thermometer - but how do I know that one is accurate? All I know is my cold drinks are nice and cold and not frozen.It is nice and easy to read except if I leave the refrigerator door open too long it fogs up - can't read it.
